Small Business Strategic Planning
Unique to the Small Business Fund is our team of seasoned, successful entrepreneurs who are available to our clients to assist with business strategy and planning, marketing, financial management, operations and legal matters.
Our goal is to not only provide the fuel (working capital) to help grow the company but the engine as well “been there done that” advising. It is as important to us that the client is running on all “eight cylinders,” and is healthy and vibrant for many years as this helps to insure the Small Business Fund capital is repaid. In small and mid-size companies, the CEO or President is so involved in managing the daily issues that they often either feel they have no outside support to “bounce” ideas off or that they simply do not have the experience or resources to manage a particular issue or issues. We believe the best legacy we can provide for our investors, principles and clients alike is long-term success. Success breeds success for all those who participate and in ways that may not always be predicted.
The Small Business Fund is more than a way in which we lend, it is a philosophy of business. We will work our hardest, along with you, to be sure the company is as successful as it can be long after our capital and our services are no longer needed.
